Important information about the Head 2 Toe Health Restructure
After 14 years in Springwood, Head 2 Toe Health is undergoing a restructure that will see the closure of the Springwood clinic and relocation of Osteopathy services into another clinic in the Springwood area (details below). The Coomera clinic will continue to operate Monday-Friday.
These changes come into effect as of COB Tuesday 29th October. Although I would have preferred to notify you all personally, this has been impractical given the timeframes we are working to.
This decision has not been made lightly and has involved many months of deliberation. There is no one single reason for this change. While family commitments and the unpredictable M1 travel do play a part, a significant factor was that I am at a place now where I really want to focus more on supporting patients and clients directly, and less on managing a team and a large clinic over 2 locations. I have always loved Osteopathy, and as I reassess my future, delivering hands-on treatment, education, coaching and support directly to patients and clients has become my priority.
Many years ago, my goal was to create a multidisciplinary health clinic to provide top quality, trusted healthcare services to the community. I believe we have done this very well for over a decade. 4 years ago, in order to impact more people and to raise the standard of osteopathy, I developed a mentoring program for newly graduated Osteopaths. Although that was fulfilling and rewarding, it came with great risk, (very) late nights, sacrifice and challenge. Over the last few years, while recovering from burn out, I have come to reflect on the best way for me to impact more people in a more significant way. I am clear now that this requires me to step back from management and mentoring osteopaths and to focus on the people directly. That is, treating patients in the clinic and supporting clients online.
So, as the Head 2 Toe team all move onto the next chapter of their lives, the one thing that I want to assure is the ongoing care of the people I hold so dear to my heart, and the reason I built these clinics – our patients. I aim for this to be as smooth a transition as possible and to have you looked after as well as possible. So, please read the information below to support this transition.

Ongoing clinic operations:
I hope we can still support you on Tuesdays in Springwood or in Coomera Monday-Friday. However, I understand that Coomera is not going to work for everyone. In this case, I strongly recommend you contact one of the osteopaths listed below.
Recommended Osteopaths in the area:
I know Barbara and Lauren personally and are good friends of mine and I am familiar with the thorough and high quality way they provide osteopathic treatment. Actually, we all worked together when I first moved up to Brisbane and was seeing patients in a clinic in Tarragindi, so I can vouch for their personality, reliability, experience and expertise. Becky treats in Lauren’s clinic and by association, also comes highly recommended.
I truly value the wonderful relationships I have had the pleasure of building over the years. I know I will have the pleasure of seeing many of you again, however, some I will not. If we aren’t able to continue to support you in person within our clinics, I wish you all the best and I hope you continue to utilise Osteopathy as your go-to for your healthcare. Please stay in touch via our email and social media channels as I will still be sharing useful health information through these avenues.
To everyone, thank you for your ongoing support and the trust you have placed in me and the Head 2 Toe Health team over the years.
I hope to see you again soon,
Jess
