Remedial Massage Therapist
Gavin Hunter is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist specialising in Remedial, Relaxation, and Sports Massage. A former Australian athletics 100m sprinter who has competed at international level with great success, Gavin understands what it takes to keep muscles in top condition. With a passion for helping people get the most out of their body, and with direct experience in a variety of sports, Gavin can provide you with a massage to suit your individual needs.
Gavin has a Diploma of Remedial Therapy (including Certificate IV in Massage) through Q Academy and is a member of AAMT (Australian Association of Massage Therapy). Gavin is able to perform various types of massages including:
- Relaxation – helping your body unwind from a busy lifestyle
- Sports – preparing for and recovering from competing at any level of sport
- Remedial assessments and treatments – to get your body back to its optimum condition.
Gavin also has studied Kahuna and Hot Stone Massage, and specialises in muscular-skeletal screening.
With 20yrs experience at being a professional Athlete, Gavin now enjoys helping his clients achieve their personal health goals.

Remedial Massage Therapist
Anita uses her experience in massage therapy and her friendly and naturally caring personality to support her patients as much as possible. She has had experience with a wide variety of individuals with different occupations, hobbies, health histories and symptoms. She has a particular passion for enhancing the personal well-being of her patients and in injury prevention.
Anita aims to asses and treat clients to suit their individual needs, including making joints more mobile, helping repair damaged tissues, easing muscle tension, correcting imbalances and/or helping heal injuries.
Anita loves the outdoors and enjoys going to her local gym. She also enjoys boxing and Muay Thai as it incorporates whole body movements, which Anita believes has a positive outcome on her physical and mental health by coordinating balance and strength from the upper and lower parts of the body. She is also a mother therefore is familiar with both the joys and stressors placed on parents both physically and emotionally.
Anita incorporates techniques such as relaxation, trigger point therapy, cupping and deep tissue massage in her treatments.
